This website is operated by BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES 14683719. As a user of this website (also referred to as the buyer) you acknowledge that any use, including any transactions that you make, is subject to our terms and conditions.

When ordering with BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES you consent to us sending you special offers & promotions by email.

The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

The following terms govern the use of one or more of the following websites by you: BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES. Terms which are specific to the use of this site are set out at the end of these terms and comprise part of them and are incorporated into them.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this Site, you agree to the following terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Site. BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

The information contained in this Site, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the Site, may be subject to change. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Your confirmation of acceptance will be sought in respect of any changes which substantially affect your position under these terms.

Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services and using this site as a shopping resource). Any other use of materials on this Site-including reproduction for purposes other than noted above, modification, distribution, or reproduction-without the prior written permission of BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES is strictly prohibited.

Delivery

Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform a member of staff at BRIDGE CENTRE SERVIES as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, BRIDGE CENTRE SERVIES will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.

We deliver between 7 am and 9pm for any reason delivery drivers are running behind schedule they will give you the option to take delivery past this time. we do not refund or offer a collection service on bespoke beds and sofas, we do however replace and fix any faults or damages. We will arrange delivery with you prior to the delivery date and our drivers will contact you with a delivery slot, please note delivery slots are subject to change due to road conditions or any other factors that may impact on the delivery team’s day. However customers will be updated on this.

Delivery drivers will obtain pictures and signatures on each delivery they will also obtain videos of the delivery if felt necessary. Drivers will also obtain pictures and videos on any assembled items. In the instance of any item being delivered or assembled with damages then the item is required to stay there and we will communicate with you on a collection and exchange date.

Cancellation and Returns

Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24-hour cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.

All our beds and sofas are made to order and seen as bespoke item which has been done to your requirements, for any reason an item is received damaged, faulty, or not to your satisfaction then we will exchange this item for you or part if deemed necessary! In some cases, we may need to return the item back to our factory for further inspection and for any necessary amendments

Each bed is considered a specialist / bespoke, made to order item and therefore is a non-returnable item. You will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.

When placing a mattress on a bedstead please note that there may be a gap around the edges; this is to allow for rotation & bedding.

Please note that depending on size of bed ordered that this will change the appearance of the bed slightly to fit the requested size, i.e. the upholstery and any curves or bumpers in the bed frames or headboards ordered

if you live in a block of flats it is important you contact BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES as delivery drivers are only at liberty to deliver to the front door of the block for any large item unless it has been confirmed and agreed with BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES prior to delivery that we will bring up any stair cases to reach the flat door.

We do not offer a refund on any item made bespoke to order.

Payment Option

30% deposit amount is to start production on bespoke made to order items, the remaining balance is due on completion.

In the event you wish to cancel this order then unfortunately the deposit amount is non-refundable and unable to be used in terms of a credit note.

Please note that if you have used the option to pay a 30% deposit to start production on your bespoke piece of furniture , once you have had confirmation your item is completed and the invoice has been sent over for the balance to be paid, that unless agreed with us when placing your order, we will store the item for 7 working day free of charge, if the balance has still not been received after this 7 day period our delivery company may start to

charge storage cost which is charged at £18 per day, it is a vital if you are delaying a delivery or unable to pay the balance when the item is ready to be delivered that we are notified to ensure the costs are avoided.

We are happy to store items for you until you’re ready however it is vital we are made aware of this when ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from BRIDGE CENTRE SERVICES.

DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
